Bucci Industries Worldwide
In 2023, Bucci Industries inaugurated two new international branches: Bucci Industries India Private Limited, based in New Delhi, and Bucci Industries UK Limited, near Birmingham. The Group continues to consolidate and expand its global presence, with the aim of providing increasingly efficient service tailored to customers and their specific needs.
At the end of 2023, Bucci Industries has over 1,300 employees worldwide, 13 international branches, and an active presence in more than 50 countries.
Energy Efficiency
In 2023, Bucci Industries continued to invest in enhancing energy efficiency. A new 999.99 kW photovoltaic system was installed at the Faenza production facilities, activated in the early months of 2024. This system allows the company to self-generate renewable energy for its activities, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The company will continue to invest in monitoring energy consumption, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to achieve greater energy efficiency and emission reductions.
Ethics, Integrity, and Transparency
In 2023, Bucci Industries strengthened its commitment to ethics, integrity, and transparency with several initiatives.
The Group completed the drafting and publication of the Code of Ethics, to define and share the principles and values that guide the behavior of all employees and collaborators.
The Whistleblowing reporting channel was activated: a simple and accessible tool that allows anyone to anonymously report any actual or suspected misconduct that could harm the company or employee well-being.
The application of the Code of Ethics and the reports received are managed by an internal Ethics Committee, which evaluates them impartially and takes appropriate corrective measures.
Human Resource Management and Development
In 2023, Bucci Industries committed to enhancing its human resources with a focus on expansion and training.
The Group launched a recruitment campaign aimed at hiring female professionals. Among the actions taken was the promotion of the "WOW - WOMENMOTOR" event, an initiative dedicated to female empowerment in the automotive sector, with the aim of guiding and training students and raising awareness on gender equality.
The investment in training courses in technical, linguistic, IT, and digital fields continues to support the digital transition of employees. Additionally, professional retraining courses have been implemented to enhance internal skills and allow for the acquisition of new abilities.
Innovation and Sustainable Research
Bucci Industries confirms the importance of sustainability in product design. The four fundamental pillars guiding research and development include human-centered design, capable of meeting real people’s needs; the implementation of sustainable practices to increase production efficiency; the use of eco-friendly and recyclable materials, and the promotion of a circular economy within the production chain; the use of new solutions oriented towards digitalization.
