Bucci Industries, through its subsidiary Bucci Automations S.p.A. (automation and robotics sector), has acquired ZETAutomation S.r.l. of Argelato (BO).
ZETAutomation, with a turnover in the last years of about 5 mil €, is active in the field of secondary packaging and related robotics, for the high speed wrapping of hygienic sanitary products, such as nappies, sanitary napkins (Nonwovens), of consumer products such as paper, napkins, wipes and rolls (Tissue), of consumer food products such as pasta, panettone, croissants, biscuits, sweets (Food).
"With the acquisition of ZETAutomation, the Bucci Industries Group - says Massimo Bucci - will expand its packaging market segments in which we operate under our VIRE brand, with the aim of expanding the range of solutions, achieving synergies and pursuing further growth with broader services to customers".
The entry of the Bucci Industries Group will give ZETAutomation a wider and more direct presence in the main international markets, launching a further phase of promising development.
