OUR RESPONSIBLE GROWTH PROJECT
As Bucci Industries Group, we are committed every day to promoting sustainability in every aspect of our operations and corporate culture. Sustainability is an integral part of our business model and a key element of our strategy. Since 2022, we have voluntarily published the Sustainability Report to transparently communicate the initiatives undertaken and the goals achieved in the field of sustainability. This allows all internal and external stakeholders to assess our actions. The values and principles guiding our activities are outlined in our Code of Ethics, which is shared by all members of our corporate community. MODELLO 231: GOVERNANCE RESPONSABILE E TRASPARENTE
La Roberto Bucci e C. S.p.A. insieme alle due principali realtà operative Bucci Automations S.p.A. e Bucci Composites S.p.A. hanno adottato il Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo ai sensi del D.Lgs. 231/2001. Tale importante traguardo rappresenta un ulteriore consolidamento dell’impegno del Gruppo verso la trasparenza, l’etica e la piena conformità alle disposizioni normative vigenti. L’implementazione del Modello 231 costituisce un elemento cardine per garantire una gestione responsabile e integrata del rischio, prevenire potenziali illeciti e promuovere una cultura aziendale fondata su integrità e correttezza.

Attraverso una scelta consapevole dei nostri fornitori, ci impegniamo a ridurre l’impatto ambientale complessivo, migliorare l’efficienza energetica e promuovere l’adozione di materiali a basso impatto ambientale. Abbiamo aderito all'iniziativa Open-es e siamo iscritti alla piattaforma digitale come Supply Chain Leader, per coinvolgere direttamente i nostri fornitori nel nostro percorso di sostenibilità.
